To help us help you we encourage communications, if you are not satisfied with your order let us know and we guarantee that you will be pleased in the end. We are in this business to build friends in the first place and build a customer for life. We are a growing company so we can't offer Return Policy like the big companies have but we will be FAIR.
- If you receive a damage merchandise, contact us and we will send you Return Number. Packages that do not have a Return Number will be sent back to the sender.
- Shipping fees are customer responsibility both ways.
- Returned merchandise must be in original box and must have all the original wrapping to protect them during the shipping.
- Do not tape or write on the original box. Send it back like you received it.
- Boxes that have been damaged will be assisted 20% restocking fee.
- If the merchandise get damaged during the return you will be held responsible and the package will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
- All warranties are directly from the manufacture. If you face any problems related to warranty you must contact the manufacture.
- Returned merchandise will be inspected and the refund will be processed within 1-7 business days of us receiving the merchandise.
- No Cash Refunds.
- Refunds will be in the form of Store Credit.
- Returns will only be accepted on Damaged or Defected merchandise.
- No Refunds on Used merchandise. Please inspect the product before installing it, if the product was installed on the car it will be considered Used.
