Our Shipping Policy is to protect us as well as our customers please take a second to read through it and send us an email if you need any more information.
Shipping Policy Summary:
- We will only ship to your credit card confirmed address, or Paypal Confirmed address.
- Most orders are processed within 24 hours after the payment clears. Some order may require longer time to process.
- Allow 1-5 business days for your order to Ship. You will be emailed a tracking number, you can also track your order on our website by going to your account and selecting the order page to find the tracking number.
- All items are shipped via FedEx or Post Office.
- Signature is required on most packages. An adult must be present to sign off on the package delivery. If you wish to have a different delivery arrangements you can further discuss that with your local carrier office once you receive your tracking number.
- Shipping time varies based on where you live. Please allow 6-14 business days for delivery.
- All packages are insured. In the case of a package being lost or damaged you will be refunded the whole amount.
- We do combine shipping on big order. If you need to get a custom shipping quote email us.
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday on a daily basis.
- We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays, orders received on these days will be processed the following business day.
- Shipping Fees Both Ways are NON-Refundable.
- We do not offer local pickups. All ordered must be placed online and will be shipped out to your confirmed address.
